Changing my Eating habits.

Ugh, I was feeling so sluggish this past winter. I gain a whopping 8-10 pounds because of inactivity. Me and David worked a lot and always used that as an excuse to go eat out. Pretty bad habit! I ate big meals and he did (still does). I only ate two times a day. It slowed down my metabolism BIG TIME. I had coffee with LOTS of creamer and sugar everyday, a couple times a day. That was also my down-fall. :( For the past 2-3 weeks, I was coffee free. Today, I had my first SMALL cup of coffee with a little bit of sugar and creamer. Self Control. I gave up white rice (which I don't even care too much about anyway, plus rice is expensive now where I live). David semi gave it up. He doesn't eat it at home but I'm sure he's eating it elsewhere. Ahem, naughty. I've always struggled with my image. I've always gained and lost weight. No kidding. At my heaviest, I was 138. Keep in mind, I'm only 5'1. For an Asian, I was pudgy. Then I lost 30 pounds one summer and then gained 15 pounds back. I'm glad I'm not that weight anymore but I'd still like to be thinner and a tad bit more healthy. Right now, I'm 123 but would like to get to my summer weight of 113-115. I don't care about being a stick because I know that it won't last for me. Lol.

Things I've eliminated:

Pop, I never cared too much for it anyway.
White rice
Hamburgers (yuck, makes me want to puke)
French fries (yuck)


Wish me luck! I only plan to lose 4 pounds a month at max!

  1. The things you've eliminated are actually one of my favorite food ever lol.

    But I feel you, I've slacked off with working out and watching what I eat. Now I just eat..very bad! Summer is pretty much here and I need to slim and tone down like..fast!
